Visual Art Resources

Facilities

Northern has six specialized studios equipped for visual art studies. The ceramic studio has a kiln room for the firing of clay and a technician on staff to assist with its operation. A life drawing studio is the sole room on the fourth floor to ensure the proper privacy and respect for the practice of drawing from live models. In addition, the visual art department has a comprehensive reference library available to students for research.
